Question: Dear Luise: We are not allowed to see our grandchild. She will be 4 in Dec and despite numerous calls to see and visit our daughter comes up with numerous excuses. The more we ask and “make drama” as she calls it, the worse it gets. Do grandparents in Indiana have rights? We do not drink or do drugs but she does. We are told this all goes on right in front of our granddaughter. What can we do, do we have legal rights? We are tired of the draining, the sleepless nights, the heartbreak. R.
Answer: Dear R.: See a good attorney ASAP. I don’t have access to that kind of information. And, if you would like some support from others who are facing similar issues, please come over to my Web-forum at : www.wise womenunite.com You deserve so much better. Blessings, Luise
