I have left him and he has stopped intimidating me. Before I left, in front of his parents, he told them everything bad about me and I heard that. He said I am a useless wife, materialistic, irresponsible etc. I did not defend myself. His parents told me off. I am disappointed that they do not know me well even after 8 years of living together. The next day, he apologized that he does not mean what he said and begged me to return home. But the same day, he called my father and made the same accusations against me. I am confused. If he loves me so much, why did he accuse me in front of others? He does not want a divorce. I think it is because reputation is very important to him. Now, I am staying with my relatives and I do not want to answer his call at this point of time. I will just wait until he make the decision. Am I doing the right thing?
