Needing Vintage RV Furnace Data

Question: Dear Luise: Where can I find out information on the travel furnace in my 1966 Frolic camper? D.

Answer: Dear D.: Many of them back in those days were made by Suburban. See if you can find any I.D. on it. Without that, you can’t go very far.

Sometimes a trailer repair shop is a place where you can get data. Some are friendly and don’t mind sharing information.

And someone may respond to your post here. If so, I’ll pass it on.

Blessings, Luise

We recently purchased a 1964 Yellowstone Travel Trailer (Yellowstone Coach Co.) that has a “Traveler Gas Furnance” and we are looking for a manual and/or any operating information on this furnace.

Any idea where I can obtain this information?

    Thank you,
