I didn't see him for months after that, and although it broke my heart and almost killed me, now I'm glad I did and think he learned some valuable lessons about respecting everyone, including himself. It's been a long road to here and it wasn't easy. He was 18 then, and is 34 now. I'm a poster on Luise's other site, wisewomenunite.com.
